Originally from Los Angeles, Dr. Chon has centered his career in dentistry around his passion for public health and connecting with patients. He attended the University of California, Irvine for his undergraduate studies and began working with public health
non-profits before moving to New York. After completing his Master’s in Public Health at Columbia University, Dr. Chon moved to Missouri and attended dental school at A.T. Still University. As one of the major challenges that many people face is the lack of
access to dental care, Dr. Chon is committed to pursuing an interdisciplinary approach to dentistry and help remove barriers to dental treatment for his patients while offering the highest quality care. Dr. Chon is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Missouri Dental Association, the Greater St. Louis Dental Society and the Academy of General Dentistry. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Missouri School of Dentistry and Oral Health. He is passionate about pursuing continuing education to stay up to date on the latest treatments and dental technologies. Dr. Chon likes hiking, kayaking and archery. When at home, he enjoys reading and watching movies with his wife and their 3 dogs.
